Orders over $200 AUD ship free. Orders under $200 ship at a flat rate of $15.
All orders are shipped via Australia Post. Once your order leaves us, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking so you can follow it the whole way.
Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. During drop launches, processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience, every order is packed by hand.
Damage in Transit
Every order leaves us professionally packed and in perfect condition. Once your parcel is with Australia Post, it's in their hands. Grails is not responsible for damage, loss or delays caused by the carrier after dispatch. If your order arrives damaged, contact us at info@grailsapparel.com.au with photos of the packaging and garment within 48 hours of delivery and we'll help you lodge a claim with the carrier.
International
